Why would I visit the Internet equivalent of a plague village? I get subjected to plenty of that nonsense on the forums I do go to.
Quote:Well first of all, it is logical impossible for humans to claim that God, the Christian God isnt real and that there isnt any evidence. It just isnt logical.
By the same token it is logically impossible to claim that any other god isn't real. Why are you a monotheist and not a polytheist? Because you don't believe in those other gods. As I don't believe in your god, there's no incentive to think that it "might" be real. It isn't worth my time or effort to entertain such a thought.
Quote:Your opinion isnt robust. Its not strong.
Robust enough to withstand 53 years of knowing about the Bible without getting suckered into Christianity.
Quote:Okay so do you think being good will get you into Heaven?
No, because I don't believe such a place as Heaven exists. I'm not interested in living forever, either.
(And no, I will *not* be giving lessons in how to quote properly. It's easy enough to figure out -- for starters, try replying to only *one* person, and using the preview button before you post the reply.)
How do you know that there isn't an incentive? Of course, there's evidence for my God!!! And when you say other gods, which gods are you talking about? Allah is one example.
