Quite a few family members are fans/boxers so I'm pretty big on it. I used to troll youtube videos ages ago commenting on all the boxing vids arguing about who the greatest was etc. Funny times.

I'm actually not too familiar with mayorga unfortunately, I have ofcourse heard of him, just don't know much about his career. I'll definitely check him out.
As for show off's, Roy Jones jr was a bit of a show off, and ofcourse Sugar Ray. The biggest though was undoubtedly prince Naseem.

Why can't you stand him? I've never understood why Lennox was always hated on by so many, a lot of people don't give him recognition as one of the best ever. Even when he clearly proved it, he beat everyone he fought. Everyone in his division.
As for Mccall. "Still couldn't knock him out". C'mon dude, did it really look like Lennox was going for it? He was just boxing intelligently, winning the points, doing only what he needed to. Clearly something was wrong with Mccall, and I think Lewis knew that, so he obviously wasn't going all out to knock him out. But even if you argue he wasn't, Mccall was a fucking hard man, and one of the top boxers of the time. To call him soft? Why does that make him soft? I'll admit myself, Lennox was sometimes a lazy fighter, sometimes too lethargic. But he was undoubtedly a masterclass boxer and one of the greatest. Somehow though Americans don't seem to want to give him that credit.
