Women can do anything men can do, but if they have no passion to pursue careers in physics, then they won't, quite simply. Same goes for everything else in life.
Seriously how many girls did you lot know, for example, wanted to play chess in school? None that I knew.
That being said, women are statistically less likely to go into hard maths and sciences. I submit it's a sociological phenomenon; it's the effect of conditioning our girls with their expected gender roles. This doesn't mean that they are less or more capable in the fields. It only means that likely due to sociological factors, women are less likely to be interested in the subjects.

It's kinda funny I mentioned the communication skills and working together. It's not like you can say women are just as physically strong as us, Indeed they can be and surpass with intensive workouts.
