So? Bank robbers steal cars sometimes to rob banks. So we shouldn't have speed limits because some people steal cars to rob banks?

This holds no relevance to what we are talking about what-so-ever.

You may feel as though my ideas are excuses to do nothing but I feel your ideas are extremely shallow minded and unfair.
