It is simply that -- an assumption.
What moral obligation do we have to these potential intelligent beings?
1. You would have warnings that are visually striking, which would indicate a warning to people who can't read your language. And, you would have these up to protect your own people.
2. Nobody can predict where the language will go, so it is not our responsibility to make guesses.
