Well it also says to use common definitions:
civility- civilized conduct especially a: courtesy, politeness b : a polite act or expression
Definition of civilized
: characteristic of a state of civilization civilized society especially : characterized by taste, refinement, or restraint
ergo,
restraining from trolling flaming and personal attacks. As long as that's all we define that needs restraint, just clearly define civility.
