RE: Peanut Gallery Commentary on the Staff Log of Bannings and such like.

It seriously bewilders me when members accuse staff of censorship. No ones back here in staff area with itchy fingers trying to do anyone in, and we don't keep track of every post a theist makes in hopes of banning them. Should action be warranted per a report--or forced as in this case, it's not something anyone likes to do. There was a theist not long ago who called Chtulhu a dictator and I had to laugh at that, because I know how off base that person was. This forum is run fairly and justly; perhaps one of few out there that actually are. Theists And atheists alike can say what they like, theists being especially welcome to do so, here. Fr0d0 forced himself out, simple as that. I'm sure an apology would be accepted, but I doubt the old hobbit has any humility left whatsoever to allow for such an action. Most ironically, he will likely end up at a forum that doEs censor his shit.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
