"Lean"
I used to work in the organizational development department of an international company (as a summer job) and they were the department that would go around teaching "lean" processes and how to "6S" your workspace and "streamline" flow, etc. Any of those buzzwords still drive me crazy. "Sustainable" buzzwords have a similar effect. Okay, any buzzword has a similar effect.
I also have an unexplainable pet peeve about words that get shortened to end in a "ee" sound, like university shortened to "uni" so it sounds like you're saying "yew-nee." Don't know why it bothers me because when I talk to my cats I say stuff like "want to go for walkies" and "time for snackies" Maybe it has to do with baby-talk versus every-day word usage but when I hear it on-the-street, so to speak, it drives me bonkers.
Also, it's usually irritating to me when people use what I perceive as internet-slang in daily conversation in a non-joking way, like saying "that's totes cray" and not being sarcastic or mocking in its usage. Just, no. You sound like an idiot. Stop it.
