I do tend to find myself attracted to darker features in general (olive skin, brown eyes, dark hair) and that leads me more towards people who aren't white, or are just darker white people. It's not really specific to one race though with me, that can apply to literally anyone. I think it only becomes a fetish when you limit it to one specific group, and you bring with it expectations based on stereotypes (which I never do).
But then I also think this; there's two people in every relationship. If the perceived "fetishized person" in the relationship was so unhappy there, they could leave any time they want to. I'm sure they're not being held there against their will. That's the main reason why I do side-eye this conversation about interracial relationships, especially when it seems like one person or race is getting the flak much harder than the other. It's easy too look at a white man/Asian woman and think of all the stereotypes of "oh he must have an Asian fetish", but does she look happy with him though? If so, it's not your business.
I used to have lots of racial fetishes but now I'm really indifferent, I do think that I'm extremely turned off by curly hair and super turned on by straight hair (no offense really, it's just my preference) and I've found I think the more common people get tanned the more I enjoy looking at pale skin in contrast to tanned or darker skin, but I like both. I tend to value symmetrical facial features though, I have a tendency to use southern Europeans like Italians as good models for beauty because those are people I see everyday so I might have a wrong idea on beauty.
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you
