There isn't. There is no "nasty dick" or "nasty vag" there is simply genitals that you're attracted to and genitals you aren't.
Feeling like something is nasty and not being attracted to it is the same thing. You have a problem with the way he expresses himself, not with the way he views things. So be frank about that.
Now, why do you have a problem with his calling something nasty? Because it might hurt feelings? Did you consider maybe one who might be hurt by such a statement may be too hypersensitive to be taken seriously?
