I can relate to that to some degree, but even if doesn't have a direct influence many of the things we stand for are historically influenced by Christianity. I mean, I'm not talking about the fact there's beautiful churches everywhere, it's more the way we think and the way our societies are organized - It's all influenced by complex historical variables, and one of them is the dominant religion, whether at the moment or a few decades/centuries ago.
