I tried to mimic your pose from your last set. The first was difficult. As you can see from the pic, i was wobbly and off balance. I can only hold it for like less than 5 seconds before i'm completely off balance. You make it look so easy.
Not nearly as good as yours but it was my first time trying.
This is a normal stretch for me, not sure if its a yoga pose.
