Honestly, when I read this title, the first name that jumped in my head was Alan Rickman. He just oozes evil as the Sheriff of Nottingham.
He's also really good as the bad guy in "The Professional." Maybe that's why he owed a favor to Besson.
He was also great as the white gangster guy in "True Romance."
