Good luck with never returning to cigarettes. The longer you smoke, the harder it is to quit. I was fortunate to have only smoked for about a year, before deciding to quit when I heard on the radio that smoking reduces your lifespan by 11 minutes per cigarette. I didn't have it too hard--because I was more of a social smoker, and hadn't been at it too long.
I'd estimate I only smoked about... 400 cigarettes before quitting. That's 3 days off my life for one year of smoking, and I was a light smoker. You can lose years of your life. And then end up getting congestive heart failure, have trouble breathing...
I quit about 14 years ago. Hopefully in 14 years you'll be able to say you've done the same.
