You can only "steal" something that's someone else's property. If human beings can be someone else's property............and magic book says they can be..............then ofc you can't steal them.

In case you didn't understand, I'm agreeing with your for the sake of argument.
The 10 commandments clearly state "thou shalt not steal".
You admit that "You can only steal something that's someone else's property".
There is no need to make another rule that is already addressed in the 10 commandments unless the other rule is not referencing property correct?
