Yes, the phrase used is الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوا so anyone who is afraid of our God falls in that category. I certainly do.
But the Quran says -explicitly- that you shouldn't claim to be pure:

( 32 ) Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, only [committing] slight ones. Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness. Claiming to be pure is a psychological issue called "superiority complex". I advise you to seek consultation in parallel with looking more in the mirror.
