How to pray based on the Quran alone: prayer in Islam as I understand it

I don't know. Since I don't hear voices I can't tell, but prayer makes me feel good and export negative energy elsewhere.

So its less prayer and more like meditation. Why cant you admit to this to yourself?

I don't. But it makes me feel better; more like "curing the bruises I collected the whole day/even years".

Again, why still pray to Allah and not to someone else (or nobody at all!), if its just for making you feel better. You dont need to hold silly beliefs in order to meditate and be mindful.

I am sorry, not so much for getting educated, as we found out in the slavery thread. You let your, rather fanatical, beliefs get in the way of getting educated, like so mane people. Its a shame.

Imaginary friends are probably not the best idea to face the harsh reality of your medical condition(s).
Again, you said it: You pray and you feel better. No feedback at all from anything external to you. So, how do you know that Allah listens?

I feel genuinely sorry for you. But part of your situation and state of mind is the result of your own doing.
