It will just get you sick. The only urine you should ever drink, and only if you're dying of thirst..is your own. It will still make you ill. The best part of that story was left out in summary. They didn't really execute them, they cut off their hands and feet and branded their eyes.....and then refused to give them water.
The setup is ridiculous, but it's the punchline that matters. No one was ever acclimatized by drinking piss. That's not how that works, and shooting right past the absurdity of that, supposing that they had been for pure lulz...it would be a strange response to being healed to go and kill all the camels whose piss healed you (and the herder..for good measure?).
