1. What about the boys? I mean boys can and are both raped and fall victim to pedophiles so should no man be allowed into a boy's bathroom etc because they might be a creep ?
2. Women can commit rape on other women. So why are you any safer among strange women?
3. Men dressed as women have always been able to sneak into women's spaces
4. Men not dressed as women have always been able to sneak into women's spaces
5. Rape will always be wrong even if a Trans person does it
The hyper-focus on men entering women's spaces frankly seems kind of sexist to both men and women
Except now when a man is caught, he can just "identify" as a woman and get lighter treatment.
This is vitally important, precedent-setting news. Because, as we all know, cis-gendered rapists never, EVER receive insanely light sentences.
David Becker (18) - Admitted to sexually assaulting two of his classmate who fell asleep at a house party. Two years probation.
Nicholas Fifield (18) - Convicted of forcing a mentally handicapped woman to perform oral sex on him. No jail time.,
John P. Enochs (20) - Raped two women at a frat part. Evidence included video from a security camera. One years probation.
Austin Wilkerson (19) - Convicted of sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman. Two years prison work release and 20 years probation.
Brock Turner (19) - Convicted of three counts of felony sexual assault. Sentenced to six months, served 3.
Too many more to list.
