Drove waaaay out of town on an unpaved road to this restaurant we heard about overlooking the Gulf of California, nothing fancy at all. Despite the drive, it was packed. The food did not disappoint.
Let's try this againt - this time fish fillet in a creamy green chile sauce. Much better than the disappointing shrimp from last night.
My wife ordered the whole fried snapper. For $10 US equivalent, we were expecting the usual small fish, this one was enormous, they had to cut the tail off to fit it on the platter. Most of it came home with us. I'm looking forward to getting into it later.
