I agree there most certainly IS more than one class involved in the economy. But between you and me, and Jeff Bezos or the Koch Brothers or Walmart family, who do you think has more influence over government?
If say, a city like New York, still needs people like dishwashers, or taxi cab drivers, or hotel maids, how much sense economically does it make to price those low wage workers to the point that they have to travel further to get to Manhattan or pack a family into a 1 bedroom apartment just to be closer to the job?
It is insane that pay gap favors the top. At that point to me, it is nothing but greed. There has to be balance.
