In fact, if you read the 2d amendment as the gun nuts want it read:
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.. Looking up the word "infringed" seems to mean any restriction at all and the 2d amendment says nothing about crazy people... or criminals... being excluded for that matter.
