2. I didn't validate your previous post with a response bc if you had actually read my post, and then read your own, and were able to comprehend English, you would realize that your "points" did not respond to anything I said.
Claiming faith is silly and then asking rhetorically what good reason there is to have faith is a loaded question. If you arent going to be reasonable, I'm not going to respond. Maybe if you take an SAT prep course you'd be able to realize the multitude of unfounded assumptions you make when you type your defensive drivel.

Fitfth point: "every is born an atheist... Atheism predates consciousness... More ad nominal attacks"... Everyone is born without a working knowledge of physics, so physics isn't real... Really, atheism predates consciousness? So before humans were conscious they were able to form beliefs? Interesting I did not know that. You must be some kind of Rhode Scholar or something...

Circular reasoning? This entire thread is a circle: "Secularism exploits the youth" - "Commercialism isn't the same as secularism" - "Oh yes it is" - "Oh no it isn't" (all we need is a couple of "He's behind you!"s and we've got our own panto). Everything else is window dressing.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Don't be silly.
Atheism is a state of not believing in god or religious faith.
You have to be indoctrinated into a religion to believe in that religion.
Therefore, you are born an atheist.
If today you can take a thing like evolution and make it a crime to teach in the public schools, tomorrow you can make it a crime to teach it in the private schools and next year you can make it a crime to teach it to the hustings or in the church. At the next session you may ban books and the newspapers...

You aren't born an atheist.
You are born a "nothing"
You can't believe or not believe in a concept you have never heard of.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Not believing anything is not equivalent to atheism, and that does not mean that atheism isn't logical.
