4'10" and weighs 50 lbs? That gives a BMI of about 10.4. I don't think anyone can survive weighing so little.
Other than that, I actually knew a girl who was sort of like that. She was about 4' nil. A prepubescent Jewish girl of about thirty who taught my high school's theatre class for a year, and flirted with any guy she saw, even her students, but I don't think she ever actually had sex with any of them; I wouldn't be surprised if she wanted to, though.
