Post your rig information
RE: Post your rig information
Yeah, prices are ridiculously high here in the UK. No way would you be able to get all new parts for £125. That's why the Xbox is a good deal here; maybe it's different in America.

Also, my $1000 previous computer was top of the range when I got it. That was over 5 years ago though.

My friend reckon's he built a high end PC for £200 quid. I'm not sure I believe him though.

Lol @ anyone who trusts big corporations like Microsoft who make the hardware like Xboxes. This is why I buy my computer from friends who know what they are doing, and make all the components for me. None of my computer has parts from any corporation, and my computer came installed with a FREE copy of Windows, which is more secure than anything you can buy in the shops.

"FREE Windows" In other words, totally illegal.

FYI, every capacitor and transistor comes from a corporation.
Do you know how easy it would be to turn you in right now? You just gave out your IP address and admitted in a recorded chat that you have a hacked copy of Windows.

You idiot. WINDOWS is free. It comes with every computer, moron. Also, I've already explained that my friends made my computer for me. NO filthy corporations required.

*Sigh*
It's $127 with a built-from-scratch machine. If you buy a prebuilt, it's included in the cost. Besides, you claimed that your copy of Windows was "more secure than anything you can buy in the shops". It sounds like you've added something special... another illegal act.

Right, and I didn't get a "built from scratch" machine. That cost is for the hardware, NOT windows. Windows is free. I think I trust my friends who made my PC more than a random guy on the Internet.

Oh my Cthulhu, you're an idiot. Windows isn't even close to free. Look here:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss/1...ds=windows

You even said your PC didn't have any corporation parts. How the hell did you manage that without having friends construct the components, or doing it yourself? Impossible.

This guy has to be a troll. Windows is so far from free. Why do you think you get a serial when you buy a conventional computer? The cost of the OS is looped into the price. If you had a custom built machine and got windows for free then you're using a pirated license. Not that I give a shit but just saying.

Yep, that's what I've been trying to tell him.
