Which bits, when I was a kid we lived all up and down that part, Dromana, Frankston etc.

Then we moved to the Eastern Suburbs, Lilydale, Croydon etc.

Yep, moved around a lot when I was a kidUndecided

Hey, we're practically neighbors. I would have guessed you were extraterrestrial from the avatar. My stepson went to UC Santa Cruz for a few years and I get down there to the arboretum at least yearly. Nice town.

Nice living in a college town where a transient, idealistic population can help you vote for amenities you might otherwise forgo as a home owner. In Berkeley, living in an old warehouse, I've often thought we should have a wing of the public library named for us. (That tax is assessed based on square footage.)

Add me to the list of Americans.

More specifically, I'm from the near suburbs of Chicago, IL.

The Frankston end of the Bayside suburbs, where the mornington peninsula starts to be more precise.

The beating heart of the Universe: Walsall, in the Black Country region of England's West Midlands. Birthplace of Three Men In A Boat author Jerome K Jerome among many other more familiar names.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
