Napoleon raises some good points, but I'm thinking a large part of the problem is peeps who cannot laugh at themselves. There's been some morally questionable happenings, but on the flipside, it gives one an opportunity to question one's own morality. I ain't got no regrets... other than wasting a happy thought on Shell and Tibs getting married. Rotten kids... Tongue

Just what this forum needs: a gay wedding Heart

If you can't be wed where you are (england), you can always come to washington with me in a few years...

Then we can have a *double* gay wedding Tiger
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day

And jumping in to send a NEW member a post about how a member of the staff is a bitch and that the owner is in her back pocket?

Why do you think her behavior is okay? Because it suits your position. Well, the same goes for me. Furthermore, I was not allowed to respond to her PMs, so I did not lead her on. My troll did not respond to her posts even fucking once. She went about ALL of it on her own. Not once did LMA say a word to Alei. Also, I argued with Alei on my regular account because I was tired of her nonsense. That is the bottom line. It had nothing to do with the prank and everything to do with being at the end of my rope with her.

I wonder how mods can look themselves straight in the eye in the mirror when they ban someone's sock after they collectively created a dozen socks for the admitted purpose of trolling goodwilling, 'law-abiding' forum members and derailing the forum.

When mods do it, it's a 'joke'. When someone else does it, it is a punishable offense...

A strange 'sense of humour' (to avoid stronger qualifications).

Not to stir the pot but a "quote" from a forum is not evidence. You can easily just change what you wrote and put it in quote tags.

My thoughts exactly. I'm used to being part of a dysfunctional family. (Is there really any other kind?) The laundry has been aired. I say chuck it in the washer and be done with it.

Not to state the obvious, but this is a forum. All posts are recorded for posterity. *facepalm*

ETA: My bad. I thought you were referring to the quotes and evidence I was talking about, not Tibs'. Mea culpa.

It's the best I can do. If I posted a screenshot, people would accuse me of editing the HTML / image. If I posted a database dump, people would accuse me of editing that.

We don't have cryptographically signed messages here, there isn't much else I can do. Perhaps some of the non-trolling staff can attest to their accuracy.
