Hi, everyone. My name is Jess, and I'm from California. I've known about this forum for awhile now, but got around to joining a few days ago. I'm 27, psychology major, liberal, atheist, pro-choice, philosophy enthusiast. I decided to join because I had seen a number of topics I wanted to reply to, and realized that I had to become a member to do so, hence my introduction.
I look forward to posting and to speaking with all of you.

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human.
