I speak Spanish fluently (Which many words are very similar), but I do not speak Italian fluently. Neither does my oldest for that matter....However, since she was born I've been trying to help her with Spanish and Arabic....She's getting there, but not fast enough...lol

I've lived, been to, and through many parts of Europe/Scandinavia , but unfortunately Italy was not one of them...

Hey, when my daughter begins college and still decides she wants to spend one term there, my wife and I will at least have a place to stay for a week...LLOLOL

My ex from Norway was a photographer...We lived in San Francisco while she was finishing here degree at the San Francisco Art Institute.

Moved to Seattle after that.... The Northwest is truly one of my favorite places to be...

However, I never ran into many religious whack jobs like I do here in Louisiana.... Bible Belt of the U.S.

I'm glad you like the northwest. I love Seattle and always wanted to live there. I'm about 3 hours south in a small town just north of Portland. Most people here aren't too whack jobby, but there is an awful lot of churches everywhere. From my house there are 3 within 5 blocks. There are probably just as many taverns too. I'd rather go to the tavern
