When you have that much money, those are optional.

Just so long as you have the bulletproof pre-nup in place, which I am sure he does. The big issue at present seems to be custody and visitation.

Oh I'd say his pre-nup is nuclear attack proof.

I imagine so. Holmes will walk away very wealthy, but Cruise will barely notice it financially. The issue of child custody remains open to the courts, however.

Pretty sure Katie Holmes had her money situation well in hand before they married.

Not as much as you might think. She's done OK, but she is a financial speck in comparison to Cruise. She did well with a television show, then had a few mediocre films. She's extra used to living large now, and she can't afford it on the scale her marriage has allowed.

Looks like you were spot on. Cruise wanted to sent their daughter off for brainwashing & Holmes wasn't having any of it.

My bad, I thought she was a supermodel or something I guess.

For somebody who's supposed to be such a heart throb, his track record with women is abysmal. I wonder if Katie's decision to divorce has anything to do with his religious beliefs? The reason I think it may have is because she never seemed comfortable with the whole thing, even during their carefully scripted interviews.

I don't know if there is any truth to the rumor that he is gay. But in this day and age putting on a front to keep up an image is silly if he is because more and more people are accepting and if he is, he should simply drop the act.

But that entire religion is a joke, their holy uniforms are merely borrowed from cruise ship motifs, hardly original, not to mention was started by a si fi writer.

I've had mixed reviews about his acting, some good, some bad, but his off screen stuff is typical of someone with an ego.

I do know... if I recall right, scientologists aren't exactly known for entering floats in their local pride parade.
