I use Photobucket myself, but my dad speaks very fondly of Picasa. It might be worth a try.

If you want to upload professional photos, Flickr is good if you don't mind a small annual fee. For regular photos and images (such as ones I post in forums), I use Imgur.

I use Dropbox. It's not really a photo site, just web accessible storage. Still, you get 2 GB for free, and reasonable control (I separate web accessible images from personal storage that synchs with all my machines). (IIRC, with a referral you get an extra 250 MB.)

I've also got Sugarsynch, which, IIRC, is 5 GB, but haven't figured it out yet.
