The report I read about it suggested that a lot of these IPs aren't on the block lists used by that kind of software.

Nobody knows for sure. Though recently a porn company have started contacting people who have downloaded their movies, demanding they pay up.

Depends on the wife. Most younger couples these days watch porn, either on their own or together.
