Go and watch Ghost in the Shell... it might give you some inspiration in what philosophical things to write about.

I watched the entire SAC the other day, and i do mean the whole day, it's a shame television over here isn't so good, when was the last time anyone saw a commentary on individualism as a sub-plot on the bbc?

If it helps anything, the essays I already have plans for are:
'A brief analysis of 'the good' as a tool for moral considerations'
'An analysis of the social despotism regarding morals'
'An address to cultural relativism'
'The structure of moral statements'
These are the first few of a series I intend to write, thus any contributions would be massively appreciated

How about something along the lines of "legal vs. moral"? Most places have statutes prohibiting certain things not because they cause harm to others, but because they offend the sensibilities of the majority of the populace. Things like prostitution, public nudity, drug use, etc.... Why is prostitution illegal? It only harms (if it harms at all) those who engage in it. Why should the government be telling us that you can't engage in sexual activity if one of the people is getting paid? You could explore questions like this.

I like that idea quite a lot, I believe that the difference between moral and societal values are shown in the second essay I mentioned, but your contribution will definitely be entered as a whole section. Great thanks, great thanks indeed, here, have some money as reward:

I just read an interesting two part review of James Ladyman and Don Ross’s Every Thing Must Go: Metaphysics Naturalized by Massimo Pigliucci. I am eager to read it based on Massimo's report.

Glad to help out! And the cash is nice, but I just don't have the storage space for it. By the looks of that pile I'd need to rent out a warehouse. But thanks anyway!
