Nintendo Wii

Anyone here have a Wii? I have one and its a very fun little machine, which despite it isnt the most powerful on the market a very entertaining one.

I balanced all the hype about them all and bought the Xbox 360. The PS3 was the cost of a decent car so that was out of the window, I've never liked many Nintendo games, and the Xbox had Halo, GOW, COD, etc.

I'd still like a Wii, but the console doesn't matter to me, only the games I would play on it.

Wii has acctully some of the most entertaining games, many is of course made for the casual gamers but there is also more for the hardcore.

Super mario Galaxy, Zelda:Twilight Princess, Okami, mario kart, Metroid Prime, De Blob, Resident Evil, Pes 2008, Madden 09and so on is just of they few games that are concidered most entertaining on the console and there are more to come like Madworld, Fifa 09, SPray, Disaster, and others I cant come up with right now.

The only thing that is a quite big minus is that the console cant produce any fantastic graphics. The only games that have looked very good so far is Metroid Prime, Okami, and Super Mario

I wouldn't get a wii. I'm a small time gamer. I've only ever had a DS and PS2. I don't like the awkwardness of the wii controller, and it's more of a party console. Most of the games that interest me are on the PS, so when Kingdom Hearts III and FFXIII come out on the PS3, that's when I'll probably shell out the money.

By the time I bother to get one, the price will probably have gone down immensely anyways

I have a Wii they are really fun!! I'm very happy with my purchase.
Me and my friend just play boxing all the time.You get a good bit of excercise as well.
I also enjoy playing Tony Hawks Skateboarding but thats about it really.

We have a Wii at home and it's a great machine. Although I do prefer Nintendo type games (Mario etc) so I am slightly biased.
