RE: Hello!
In theology where nothing is empirically evidential the request for empirical evidence is special pleading.

NO it's not because you have to demonstrate that the area of theology is in any way fact BEFORE you can use it as a frame of reference.

RE: Hello!
You are the one asking a theological question. You seem to demand it is approached from a non theological position. Do you think theology is concerned with empirical evidence then? Is this not a fact we can agree on?

RE: Hello!
Theology has no real substance until there's any evidence that it doesn't require evidence to not be full of shit, I think! Why make theology an exception just because it says it is?

Otherwise isn't it the study of nothing? Since it isn't the study of something?

I think the claim used is that theology does not concern itself with validatable evidence but, as I have repeatedly made clear, I do not believe that is possible.

In essence you're asking me if I buy into the concept of NOMA and I have (also) made it clear that I don't so that would be a no then!

RE: Hello!
I think that's a leap of logic to say that OMA means theology should be redefined. That's your belief and you need to answer the question. It makes no sense to theology.

I didn't say you should redefine your crackpot beliefs ... as far as I'm concerned it's all [expletive deleted]s!
