How to Boost IQ

I want to boost my IQ by about 20 points, is there any way I can? my provisional IQ is around 104.

mind games & puzzles mostly, there is a few pay sites that will help, like http://www.lumosity.com, not sure how good they work but they seem to get good reviews

online, it is is provisional any way. i.e. not 100%

I did a few online and they ranged from 118 to around 130.

To be honest I don't see how they're that good a measure of intelligence.

I remember scoring something like 88 on an online test once. Since I don't like that result, online tests are obviously flawed.

IQ tests test how good you are at doing IQ tests, there is no rational way of sorting out the effectiveness of a brain in a simple 0 to 200 numerical scale, if you want to seem big and clever try this-

Well, I've had two 'real' IQ tests (one when I was 10, one a few years ago), and have also taken several of the online tests. All of the results are in about the same ballpark. The two 'real' tests were 2 points apart.

FWIW, while I think IQ tests are a decent measure of some aspects of cognitive function, a high score does not guarantee that one is not a complete dumbfuck. Big Grin
