Exactly. If intelligence is defined as 'the qualities measured by IQ tests', then they're a perfect measure of same. Big Grin

My understanding of it is that you can't increases your I.Q by very much, it's pretty much stable after the age of 6 (or something). Sure, you could learn to do the types of puzzles the tests include, but that's just learning to to the test better, not increasing your actual I.Q. What you can do is eat and sleep right, and be mentally active, so that you achieve your maximum potential.
