Don't know. He seemed pretty upset about the whole situation, and I get the impression that he's a very passionate person. I hoped that he would return, but that is ultimately his choice of course. Time will tell.

Eh, me and him share a bit in common, there. I tend to get a bit more emotions-ahead-of-logic, myself. I try to pull it in before I start attacking people, though sometimes the ol' anger just kinda boils over.

I genuinely am sincere when I apologize for it, though. I hate burning bridges.

Nothing wrong with that.

The challenge is in recognizing when we're being led by the nose by our emotions and responding appropriately. Everyone does it to one degree or another; we are emotional beings first (with the capacity for reason). We, as a whole, are not entirely reasonable.

It's what we learn from it that matters.
