Amusing. Not one atheist can provide proof that evolution is true, can provide video footage of a species evolving into another species, or provide proof that any of the authors claiming that their alleged scientific evidence that evolution is true are speaking truthfully. Yet you still claim it's true.

The sheer delusion of atheism is uncanny. How the deluded stay delued. You gotta love the atheists. As you were.

You didn't pay any attention, did you? Yes, we did provide videos where evolution was observed. Just do a simple youtube search for "evolution observed" and this is the second video you get. Watch it!

What's more, the point that you essentially just blew off is still a valid point: You're dismissing evolution because you believe that it has never been observed. I have not observed God, Jesus, Mohammed or any other supernatural phenomenon and I have never found a reliable source that has observed any of those. I'd be more than willing to bet neither you nor any reliable source that you know of has observed any supernatural phenomenon, have you? So, if you're dismissing one theory because it hasn't been observed, why are you so accepting of another theory that hasn't been observed?

Response: The video is not proof of a species evolving into another species, so it does not prove evolution. Secondly, physical change requires observation. If not, then tell us what color was just recently painted on the corner house of my street without anyone observing it to find out? Exactly. You can't. So if no one observed physical change of a species evolving into another, that alone proves that evolution is not scientifically proven.

We have witnessed evidence by examples. We have created artificial selection. Scientists can create models for natural selection and view how it takes place. People have been artificially selecting for thousands of years. Take wolves for example. We domesticated and created our own breeds of canines. As you see today, most of the breeds of dogs we have created do not fully resemble wolves but they are related genetically. So, what we see is the evidence that natural selection or selective breeding can modify an animal’s behavior and physical appearance to be very different than their ancestors. In the case of humans, we are genetically related to apes through a common ancestor but we do not fully resemble apes because of natural selection and selective breeding.

You've witnessed nothing. For if you did, you could easily provide video footage of a species evolving into another species. You can't, because it never happened. Evolution is false.

This blogpost does a pretty solid job of explaining why, well pretty much everything you are claiming is wrong.

I also find it quite amusing that you ask for video footage of evolution observed, but when presented with it, completely disregard it.

Evolution in its simplest definition is a change in the frequency of alleles within a population over time. There is a literal shit ton of evidence that supports this. To begin with evolution has been observed. Antibiotic resistant bacteria and pesticide resistant insects are examples of observed evolution. Humans purposefully evolve other organisms through the use of both artificial selection and genetic manipulation. You only need to look to agriculture to see examples of both.

The fossil record is another line of evidence for evolution. Since evolution has been observed we don’t even need it to show that evolution is fact. Never the less we have a large and ever growing fossil record. While it is admittedly incomplete it is still a very good record of evolution. The distribution of fossils over both space and time supports evolution. It contains many examples of transitional forms. Nothing ever discovered in the fossil record is inconsistent with evolution.

In addition to the fossil record we have homologies such as skeletal structure, cellular and molecular similarities. That last one being the real smoking gun for evolution. Genetics is the best evidence for evolution. Everything we know about genetics is consistent with evolution. We know enough about genetics to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that not only is evolution a fact, but that the controversial to some hypothesis of common descent is also fact.

One type of genetic homology we have learned about are retroviral insertions. We know enough about retroviral insertions to prove common decent. A significant percentage of our DNA was put there at some point in history by viruses. These viral insertions can be identified then the similarities and differences can be compared between different species. This data can be used to construct a Phylogenetic tree that shows where hominoids split from old word monkeys, gorillas split from chimps and humans and humans split from chimps. The data is consistent with other lines of evidence, and nothing about it is inconsistent with evolution.

Yet, evolution has nothing to do with atheists. Evolution explains the diversity of life on this planet, atheism is the rejection of the claim that god(s) exist.
