Should torturing puppies be legal?

Should feeding people that torture puppies to starving dogs be legal?
Yes it should.
Save a life. Adopt a greyhound.

I don't know about statistics, but a hot iron properly applied can stop any bad behaviour in any animal, permanently. At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
teagrey, are you honestly not trying to make people go crazy for your own pleasure?

Where I grew up there was a guy who would sneak into farms at night and cut open the genitals of cows with a knife whilest masturbating.
There also was a guy who would spend the entire day on his balcony with a hunting rifle, shooting animals who would walk across his property. Both ended in prison for a while. But the rational behind the sentences was that the animals were someone elses property. I honestly dont know the rational behind prohibiting animal cruelty. I would simply have to say that inflicting pain on animals simply feels wrong. Yeah but because it is hard to see when you are serious and when you are not I have decided to take you serious when your intent is obviously humerous.

Incomprehensible amounts chickens, cows, and pigs get brutally slaughtered every day but as soon as something has big eyes everybody is all "oh my god don't hurt it, it is cute due to its resemblance of a human infant and therefore has more of a right to live, nooooo!!!!!!"
