...then, what could a god do that would be absolutely impossible to replicate with sufficiently advanced technology?

Silly question for the religion forum, as theists generally don't consider their god's actions to be magic. It's atheists who term it such. IMO God understands the mechanics of what he does.

Except for some vague fabrications in genesis, How has god alledgedly impressed the yokels of old and new testiment, or even the yokels of christain miracles since, that we can't replicate with theatrics and psychology, and only barest minimum application of technology? Come to think of it, if we meet the yokels of genesis, it would be pretty damned easy for us to impress them with some crudest of smoke and mirrors first and then a totally different genesis story. We can certainly make you think some rediculous thing we pulled out of our ass created you, just like the bible did. In fact it would be amongst the easiest of all the frauds in the bible to perpetrate, because for biblical yokels and Christian morons, it is even easier to believe in a big lie, like "created everything including you", than a smaller one, like "rose from the dead". If sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic, then sufficiently advanced technology and magic are the same thing.

Magic, by definition, is a supernatural occurrence. It would be something against the laws of physics. Sufficiently developed technology just looks that way to those who don't know of the technology
