Are you saying that these "fanatics" are mistaken in the God they believed wanted them to do this? They each believe their God told them to do it with the same certainty that you have in what your God tells you. If you think they've mistaken because you have the right God, then I suggest you get to providing some evidence for your claim. As of now, none of you have any evidence, and it's looking like you're all delusional.
A God being the blame has not yet been entered as a possibility.
Follower Number 1: Practices Religion "A" , and claims they have an exclusive personal relationship with God "X" and believes they've been told by Him to blow up buildings.
Follower Number 2: Also practices Religion "A", and also believes in God "X" , but they believe that He has not told Follower Number 1 to blow up buildings.
Follower Number 3: Practices religion "B" believes in God "Y" and thinks that Follower Number 1 is wrong about both "A" and "X" but thinks Follower Number 2 is only wrong about "X".
Each of these claims are incompatible when reading the texts that support them. In the end, somebody blew up a building, and none of these people have evidence that support it as being anything but a delusional person blowing up a building.
