Yes. It can be. You see, smart people have mostly learned to use the self-service ticket machines, the website, or our app to buy their tickets, so we're left with the people who struggle with basic technology. There's also a small number who just prefer to deal with a person than a machine, or who need a ticket they can only get from us, but they're in the minority unfortunately. Lol
