Viewing No Permissions Page

Everytime I go to see "Who`s online"
http://atheistforums.org/online.php I end up seeing this: Quote:Guest 00:00 Viewing No Permissions Page Every single time! Often more than one person. Why do people who have been banned constantly attempt to return? 
I'm guessing that many of those are people attempting to post comments without setting up an account first.

Are you sure you're not seeing members, who aren't visible to others? On my list there was no such guest, but then I see everyone who is online, hidden or not.
