Persistent bleeding like that can be a sign of something serious or benign... Get it checked out, if just to rule out the serious causes. Take care, and iron, don't want to become anemic!!

I also say go to the doctor. I've dealt with a lot of femine problems. Not normal is not good. Change doctors, go to the ER, do something.
PS. I'm going to see my brother today... I'm sooooo EXCITED
