Something stupid i wonder about

I wonder what happens if someone yells "hey Mohammad" at a mall or market in Arabia
To-morrow, and to-morrow, and to-morrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day,
To the last syllable of recorded time;
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player,
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

Let us look at what Allah Almighty Said in the Noble Quran:
"God loveth not that evil should be noised abroad in public speech, except where injustice hath been done; for God is He who heareth and knoweth all things. (The Noble Quran, 4:148)"
So unless there is a good and just reason for having a public shouting, we as Muslims are Commanded by Allah Almighty to maintain our manners and good behavior in public.
Even if he is just trying to get his friends attention?

My best guess: a significant portion of the guys turn their heads in response.
ETA: Though probably not with the use of "hey". But with the Arabic equivalent.
