Ahh well thank you for clearing that up. However my analogy at the point you addressed was to god directly intervening and ordering non believers murdered.
If Jesus was god then shouldn't he have known this would be a issue and make it very clear in order to avoid problems?

He ordered Israel to kill certain people. There was not a general order to kill non-believers. Most were allowed to continue on, and sometimes god used other peoples to discipline Israel.

Capital punishment isn't murder. By god's standards, these people deserved death, as we all do. If god chooses to let some live a little longer before they die, that's his right.
