I love the stuff and smoke it regularly. Although, of late, I am slowing down my consumption due to a hacking cough and my difficulty controlling my weight. I just hooked up with some crystally kind that blows me mind!

I used to smoke it in high school, but don't anymore. I just don't like it. I wish I did, but I don't. Opiates are kinda cool though, but I don't go out looking for them. I don't wish to be an opiate addict. That would kind of fuck up my life.

That it would. Addiction of any kind is horrifying.

I smoke very rarely. My girlfriend is absolutely against it, so I just don't. She actually doesn't even know I've ever smoked.

I think it's a beautiful plant and it's legal status and general misrepresentation is a great injustice.

Boringly I've never tried any stoning drug, besides alcohol, and that's rare. I've been drunk once. Cigarettes I tried in my late teens... maybe 30 total over a year.

The last time I tried weed was in 1978.

The experience I had was similar to descriptions I've read of a mescaline experience. Some of it was terrifying,some wonderful.

I've known a LOT of pot smokers. Every daily user I've met is nuts. However, I don't know if they are nuts who smoke weed,or if the weed made them nuts.


I AM convinced marijuana is fine as an occasional recreational drug. However,I'm not convinced that regular use is as harmless as smokers like to think.

I read an article in The Lancet which claimed that heavy use of marijuana may damage chromosomes.There is also anecdotal evidence linking heavy weed use to brain aneurisms. The problem of psychological addiction seems real enough,as does the same kind of lung damage as from tobacco smoking.

Context:This is purely academic for me; I really don't care if people smoke their brains out.. I don't know for a fact if the information I have is correct.However, I'll accept my sources over the self serving statements of most weed smokers.
