BBC BNP Question Time

Did anyone else in the UK watch Question Time last night?
Was it only me who saw the BBC/panel/audience "bullying" that twat Griffith?
When the topic of gays came up and he said it was "creepy" to see to males kissing, why didnt Dumblebee get Varsis Muslim stance on Homosexuality? was it because it would make Griffith seem "moderate"? "tame"?
Was it only me who watched him sit back and reap the glory while Labour/Conservative (the Fascists back in the punk days)/ Lib Dems squabbled like spoiled brats about the governments immigration policy (or lack of one)?
Did anyone else think he played the "victim" to get another shot on TV?

I thought it was hilarious. I've not seen such question dodging since Paxman's grilling of Michael Howard in 1997 (the one where he asked the same question 14 times with no actual answer). The guy is clearly a loon, and I think the show will only damage the party even more.
The only people who will count this as a win are his die-hard supporters; I think most people will see him for what he really is.
Anyway, I thought they did get Warsi's opinion on homosexuality?

Just watched it on iPlayer. Yes Warsi did answer. NG may have some warped ideas (it seems he does), but I agree that was very one sided. Fair enough people were extremely upset by his appearance, and I can understand that well enough. Yes I agree he was bullied. I don't personally think it hurt the BNP at all. If anything that's possibly the best representation I've seen. He was shouted down a lot but not with just cause most of the time (excepting his past quotes, which I know from seeing excerpts on TV).

It would have been nice to see more of an open discussion instead of the audience and panel members being on the constant offensive. The show was more entertaining than interesting/insightful. Nick's question dodging was hilarious but not unexpected. I almost shared his opinions on fundamentalist Islam being incompatible with western democracy until he started yammering about Christian values and keeping this a Christian country.
His rhetoric was made pretty transparent throughout, which I liked. Such as when he was talking about preserving the indigenous peoples of Britain, and was interrupted with "you mean whites?". His response ("colour is irrelevant") was priceless. The panel were well-equipped to deal with this fool and I hope his followers have seen some light from this.

Just found out (or re-found out - I knew there were some BNP activists in my area) That NG lives in a neighbouring town.
Here in Wales we're allowed to promote the interests of the indigenous population. For example.. in job interviews preference is given to speakers of the native language. A bit different to my home town where a preference is given to the minority language speakers. Here the native language is actively promoted; back home the minority languages are promoted.
I was surprised at NG's defense of Christianity, but then I guess that's all you can fight religion with. Nice come back of Warsi's I thought that Christians would be equally disgusted. Shame she didn't answer NG's repetition of Adrians thoughts about Islam's treatment of women & children.

These next elections will really shake up the British political system whatever the outcome.
In a watching a car crash kind of way I hope that Nick Griffin comes second or third to really give the other politicians a kick up the backside

I'm personally backing the Tories. Labour have destroyed the country enough over the last 12 years. The Conservative party have changed radically, and are a force for the future.
