If your right to your religious view (whatever it may be) (supported by the Constitution) is trumped by something else, then the Constitution is voided.
If you go by what is written in that doccument- then the photographer is within his rights and his rights are violated.

Not really. There are laws against refusing service to people based upon race, religion, or sexual orientation.

If someone comes into your business and are being a nuisance, unreasonable, or causing a scene, they can be kicked out. You know, not acting according to standard human decency.

If someone comes into your business and you don't like the color of their skin or who they might be attracted to and you kick them out, then you could be liable under discrimination laws.
